A 34-year-old Bangladeshi worker, Mr. Hoque Am Dadul was injured after being chased by unleashed dogs from a construction site. He fractured his knee, required surgery, and was placed on 220 days of medical leave. Mr. Hoque commenced action against the occupiers of the construction site as it had failed to keep the dogs leashed and ensure that they were kept within the premises.
